• Working with the team to transfer system requirements/specifications in Japanese to team members.
• Manage team, oversee project quality, progress
• Work together with clients in refining specifications
• Negotiate with Japanese clients in various aspects
• Communicate with Japanese clients via Skype, chat-meeting, video, email
   

• Good at writing and communication skills in Japanese (equivalent to N2 or more).
• At least 3 years experience as IT Communicator/Tester or over 1 year experience as BrSE (Candidates with orientation development to become BrSE will be prefered)
• Age: ~35 years old
• Gender: Male
