PROM_IT HELPDESK

• Overall IT control for company PC, servers
• PIC as Administrator of IT System users, work with contractor/supplier of IT related
• PIC to communicate, receive and implement instruction of IPA regarding IT related issue
• Perform IT training for staffs
• Manage IT assets
• Support for company equipment maintenance
• Support Admin tasks

• University or college degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience 
• Fluent in English
• Experienced and knowledge in IT/ server system
• A technical, logical thought process
• Problem-solving skills
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines, prioritise and delegate & cooperative
• A keen eye for detail
• Have knowledge of Fashion retail or e-Commerce will be an advantage
