YRG_SENIOR DEVELOPER

We will entrust you with the application development work of our marketing DX support service such as "AD EBiS", "AdRepo" an advertising effectiveness measurement  platform with the largest market share in the industry. 
[In particular]  

1. You will be mainly in charge of the overall development from requirement definition to release in the project  such as new functions and performance improvement. 
2. You will be engaged in a wide range of development, such as the back-end part for acquiring / analyzing a  large amount of measurement data and the front-end part with various functions for marketing business support.  increase. 
3.  As a PM, you will proceed with product development from the customer's perspective, such as hearing needs  from the sales, support, and planning departments, and finalizing the realization specifications while consulting  with the planning staff. 
4.  As a leader, we will manage the tasks of the members as well as team building including member  development.  

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include (but not limited to):

• Understanding of requirements 
• Technical survey of new functions (PoC) 
• Application design 
• Implementation of application and implementation of UT 
• Code review 
• Document creation 

You carry out these tasks in close communication with PMs and Technical Leads.

■ Necessary:

• More than 5 years of development experience in web/backend development (Java/Python)
• More than 3 years of System or Application Design & Analyze
• Database Or caching skills (at least 5 years): such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ
• Quick catch-up on system structure
• Experience in Code design
• Experience in Unit test specification creation
• Team work skills, logical explanations and presentations
• Experience in Functional and non-functional requirements definition
• Technical follow-up and training for development members
• Design and promotion of technical training policy together with CTO

■ Plus Point:

• Graduated from IT major is desirable
•  Have experience or desire to develop in: REST API, Docker, HTML5, NodeJS, ReactJS, Go
• Strong knowledge and good experiences in scaling a production system to serve up to thousands of transactions per second (tps)
• Have designed or developed a system on the AWS platform.

• You can be involved in the design / development of an analysis platform that handles tens of billions of  transaction data annually. 
• You can develop a system while acquiring marketing business knowledge. 
• In order to follow the latest browser trends and respond at the fastest speed in the industry, engineers can take  the initiative in developing new specifications and functions. 
• Because we are promoting cloud computing from on-premise, we can be involved in development and  migration that fully utilizes the advantages of cloud computing such as serverless architecture. 
• By collaborating with the planning department, you can get involved from the stage of studying the realization  specifications.
