- More than 10 years of sales experience in the steel industry, more than 5 years of management experience.
- English business level or Japanese N2 or higher
- Strong connections with customers in the steel industry, people who can close the business by themselves

- Location: Although there is a seat in the HCM office, you basically work at a factory in the city or in the suburbs (within 2 hours of the office). Come to the office in the morning and move by taxi or company car.
- Working time: Monday to Friday (8:00-17:00, flexible time 6:00-19:00 (adjustable according to site conditions), lunch break 12:00-13:00).
- If there is a special reason, you can apply to work remotely by the day before.
- Almost no Overtime
- 2 months probation with 85% of salary
- Salary increase: once a year
- Bonus: 1 to 3 months (based on individual sales performance as determined by the internal evaluation system).
